If you were in the USAF or worked in any capacity for the F-15 Eagle missions you should feel proud wearing one of these custom rings. This USAF Service Ring is designed to capture the form of the F-15 Eagle with tail letters added to personalize the ring to your base. Five materials are currently available in precious metals and aerospace alloys.
Precious metals include Premium Silver, 14k White Gold and Platinum and each is highly hand polished to a "wet" sheen and look very shiny and mirror-like. Created with a lost-wax casting process using a high-resolution 3D wax printer. The 3D printed wax model is put in a container and liquid plaster is poured around it to create a mold. After the plaster sets, the wax is melted out and molten precious metal is poured into the plaster mold. The plaster is then pulled away to reveal the metal and the finished product is polished for a smooth final finish. Each ring is made custom for you so allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Due to fluctuations in precious metal pricing an order may be cancelled and refunded if there is a significant rise in precious metal prices.
Aerospace alloys include laser sculpted Titanium and Stainless Steel and come in a unpolished matte finish. Aerospace alloys take 3-6 weeks and each ring is custom and made-to-order.
If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 5 days of receiving your product with your order id number and we will refund you. Orders being cancelled must be returned at customer’s expense in order to receive refund.
I am also willing to do additional fine details to the ring for a nominal fee to make this ring even more personal or custom to yourself or your group.
